These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and mbet ("mbet," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mbet.lol. These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Access to and use of the mbet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and play on mbet. • Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. • Geographic Eligibility: You must not be located in, a citizen of, or a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. • Not a Problem Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by mbet or any other gambling operator or regulatory authority, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion registry.
• One Account per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on mbet. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and must update your account details promptly whenever changes occur.

Upon successful registration, mbet will create a player account in your name. You are solely and exclusively responsible for all activity that occurs under your mbet account. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

mbet supports a range of payment methods designed for the convenience of Filipino players. The following general terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the mbet platform:

• Deposits Only from Own Accounts: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be reversed. Funds sourced from third-party accounts may be confiscated pending investigation.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to this Agreement and any specific bonus terms communicated at the point of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all mbet bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, table games, and sports bets may contribute at different rates. Contribution rates will be specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• One Bonus per Household: Bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. mbet reserves the right to refuse or revoke a bonus if it determines that a player is attempting to claim multiple bonuses through different accounts or registration details.
• Maximum Bet Restrictions: While a bonus balance is active in your account, a maximum bet restriction may apply. Bets placed in excess of this maximum using bonus funds may be voided, and the bonus balance may be forfeited.

• Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: mbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the mbet platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one (1) account on mbet.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your mbet account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the mbet platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or software vulnerabilities on the mbet platform. Any such errors must be reported to mbet support immediately, and any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical systems, software, or security infrastructure of the mbet platform.
• Using the mbet platform while located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward mbet staff or other players.

mbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools and resources that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are in place on the mbet platform:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your mbet account at any time via your account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect; decreases take effect immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbet's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the mbet platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your mbet account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

mbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the mbet platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; business interruption; or any other intangible losses — even if mbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• mbet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events.
• mbet is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet connectivity, or hardware failures on your end that affect your ability to access or use the platform.
• mbet is not liable for any losses arising from your reliance on information, tips, or strategies obtained from third-party sources in connection with your use of the mbet platform.

mbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at mbet.lol/privacy-policy. By using the mbet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mbet processes your personal data to: operate your account; verify your identity and age; process financial transactions; comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations; provide customer support; and, where you have consented, send you promotional communications about mbet products and offers.

mbet implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data and financial information. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) solely as necessary to operate the mbet platform, and with regulatory authorities as required by law.

Either you or mbet may terminate your mbet account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

In the event of a dispute between you and mbet arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the mbet platform, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: You must first submit a formal complaint to mbet support, providing a clear description of the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates and amounts, and any supporting evidence. mbet will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation to mbet Management: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the complaint to mbet's management team by requesting escalation through the same support channel. mbet management will review the complaint and provide a final internal decision within fourteen (14) business days of escalation.
• Step 3 — PAGCOR Regulatory Complaint: If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting mbet's internal dispute resolution process, you may lodge a formal complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the regulatory authority overseeing mbet's operations. PAGCOR's complaint procedures are available through official PAGCOR channels.

mbet is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. All disputes will be assessed on their individual merits.

mbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to this Agreement, mbet will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and/or by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account. The date of the most recent amendment will be reflected in the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the mbet platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the mbet platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

mbet's operations are conducted under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and mbet is subject to all applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operations.
